The annual Best Restaurants issue and event highlights the top tier of Dallas food. Our goal was to make sure that we aligned this year's campaign from start to finish, starting with editorial issue to marketing materials. We centered the campaign around a versatile lock-up, in use of a badge, to not only allow the colors and food to shine but have the campaign reuse a recognizable mark each year.
Wordmark
The 50 Best Restaurants is a custom word mark made for the annual event that showcases and awards the reflection of Dallas in local cuisine. The branded word mark is versatile throughout it's usage through print and digital. The following materials have been used throughout the campaign all the way up to the event. It is continued to be used as the list is updated.

Digital Event Promotion Materials
The lock-up was not only used as a badge but also as a way to promote the restaurant's food photography by taking place of the "50". This represented individuality of each restaurant being highlighted by the plate itself. This was a great way to increase brand awareness while increasing the familiarity of each restaurant by their signature dishes.
Simple way to increase brand awareness on an event, use it everywhere. We developed the logo into a winner's banner for each editorial winner to display and repost.
